He is also the CEO of Estrela Inc, which is into diversified businesses of Hospitality, Education, Agro, Real Estate & Ventures, his focus areas are to develop & steer the future strategic direction, enabling each vertical to continue to improve & expand while simultaneously looking at opportunities to diversify.
Along the way, founded Estrela Hotels & Resorts, which is an owner, developer & operator of hospitality assets.
Partner at Atelier M at Pier7, Dubai Marina, 22000 sq. feet of F&B offerings: A Fine Dining Restaurant, a Lounge & a Rooftop with marvellous views of the Marina spread across the top 3 floors of Pier 7.

Founder of Estrela Foundation that supports various underprivileged sections. He leads the Foundation in innovatively finding ways to support various sections of the underprivileged & specially abled. Creating sustainability in the NGOs we support & creating employment opportunities within our verticals & the community for the differently abled. Few initiatives are Project Achievers Jrs-500 School Scholarships Program, Project Achievers-500 Undergraduate Scholarship Program, Mission:Vision- for Visually Impaired, 1000 Birthdays Initiative, Football for Change- Weekly Classes, Vocational & Skill Development for the disabled, etc. A believer of continuous improvement & learning, he pursued Sr Management Executive programs at The Wharton School, Philadelphia & Cornell School of Hotel Administration as well as his Masters in Business, SPJIMR Mumbai. A Hotelier at heart, graduated in Hospitality from University of Huddersfield, UK.

With over 32 years of an Award-winning career in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics in War & Peace across terrains. Lead a team of 1,50,000 personnel and handled over a Quarter Billion $ worth of Weapons, Equipment, Infrastructure Projects Development, Resource Management multi Defence echelons (Prithvi, Brahmos, AD/Anti-Tank Missiles systems).
He has been a faculty member for 3 years at Army College & currently is a visiting faculty at NMIMS University, Mumbai, and other institutions, including the corporate trainer.

He has led businesses with over 100 million USD Revenues, being responsible for the Profit & Loss of the companies & is a turnaround specialist.
He prides himself on setting up appropriate business models and relevant go-to-market strategies with the right processes & people. He has had hands-on experience and a proven track record for the pursuit of excellence with start-up operations & building profitable businesses.

Jigar Shah
Chief Financial Officer

With an experience of over 19 years in the field of Business & Management Consulting, Taxation with specialization in Goods & Service Tax, Internal & Process Audits, Labour & Social Laws, Social Compliance Audits, Operations Consulting including Lean Manufacturing Techniques, Cost Analysis, System Requirement Studies & Implementation of financial accounting ERP system, Corporate Advisory, FEMA and Legal services.
Mr. Shah worked with a leading Consulting and Chartered Accountancy firm for more than 17 years as Associate Director. During his tenure, he served as Head of the Department for more than nine service verticals & independently handled the assignments of large and multinational companies including corporates. He has been instrumental in setting up new practice areas, processes, performance and quality standards during his tenure of association with the predecessor Company.

Ridhima Singh Bilochpura

Bachelor’s in Banking and Finance. MBA from S.P.Jain Institute in Mumbai. Executive program in strategic Business Management from London School of Business and Finance. Hotel Designing Program from UAL-University of Art and Design London.
Ridhima comes from a family business background of Real Estate development in Mumbai, wherein she created a remarkable Sales and Marketing culture over a span of 5 years in large scale Residential & Commercial Projects. She handles Operations and New Development in the Hospitality vertical of Estrela Inc Group. She also runs her interior design firm, which expertises in Commercial, Residential and Villa projects. She has recently launched a range of her bespoke Furniture and Lifestyle product brand.

Nitu Jain
